Six players from the Badenoch clubs selected for Scotland

Kingussie and Newtonmore will be well represented when the Scotland-Ireland international resumes after the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Mowi Shinty Hurling International will take place on Saturday 21st October at Páirc Esler in Newry.
Scotland boss Garry Reid has selected six players from the two Badenoch clubs.
Newtonmore's Craig Ritchie, Iain Robinson and Steven MacDonald will play alongside Kingussie captain James Falconer and his teammates Robert Mabon and Ruaridh Anderson who scored the late winner in the Camanachd Cup Final.
Reid will be supported by assistants, Alan MacRae and Robert Geddes as well as trainer Gavin Campbell and physio Alison Thomson.
The 20 man squad to face off against Ireland next month is: Andrew King (Kyles Athletic); Blair MacFarlane (Oban Camanachd); Blair Morrison (Caberfeidh); Craig Morrison (Caberfeidh); Craig Ritchie (Newtonmore); Daniel MacCuish (Oban Camanachd); Daniel Sloss (Oban Camanachd); Danny Kelly (Lovat); Duncan Matheson (Kinlochshiel); Finlay MacRae (Kinlochshiel); Iain Robinson (Newtonmore); James Falconer (Kingussie); John Gillies (Skye); Kevin Bartlett (Caberfeidh); Robert Mabon (Kingussie); Roddy MacDonald (Kyles Athletic); Ruaridh Anderson (Kingussie); Scott MacDonald (Kyles Athletic); Steven MacDonald (Newtonmore) & Stuart MacDonald (Lovat).
