A 53-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with attempted murder of man in Inverness
Court told accused took no evasive action to avoid 90 year old who had stepped out of his vehicle
The man, aged 44, will appear at Inverness Sheriff Court later today after being charged in connection with the sex assault at Loch Ness Bay Campsite.
It is understood he has been released and is due to appear in court at a later date.
