It is a big week for football as League One, League Two and the Scottish Cup get set to return! We felt that called for the cavalry, so Will and Andrew were joined for this episode by Craig Christie and Alasdair Fraser to preview the action over the next few days and cover the biggest talking points in north sport.

First on the agenda is a discussion on the proposed plan to expand League Two, which could see two sides from the Lowland League, two teams from the Highland League and Colts sides from Rangers and Celtic join the lowest tier of the SPFL, before attention turns to Elgin City's return to action for the first time in 2021 and next week's Scottish Cup ties.

Of course, there is still time to talk about Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Ross County's respective weeks, before a couple of non-football stories in cycling and golf to wrap things up.
