Kingussie game called off because of snow

Today’s pre-season friendly between Kingussie and Kinlochshiel at Market Stance has been postponed following an early morning pitch inspection.

The noon throw up would have tested Mowi Premiership champions Kingussie against the side who finished second in the division last season but a covering of snow has left the pitch at The Dell unplayable.

Kingussie, who beat their Caberfeidh counterparts 5-2 at Castle Leod last weekend, play their final pre-season friendly this coming Saturday against Glasgow Mid Argyll with the venue to be confirmed.
