Last night's Highland League fixtures produced 43 goals, with Brora Rangers running up the first double figures tally of the season.

Brora ran riot on bottom side Strathspey with nine men on the scoresheet in their 11-0 Seafield Park hammering.

Gregor MacDonald (2), Andy Macrae and Jordan MacRae (2) made it 5-0 at the break.

Dale Gillespie, Ali Sutherland, Tom Kelly, Mark Nicolson, Tony Dingwall and Max Ewan all scored after the interval.

Huntly produced the surprise of the night by ending leaders Brechin City's 19-game winning league run with a 2-2 draw at Glebe Park.

Andy Hunter's quickfire double cancelled out Anthony McDonald's seventh minute Brechin opener, with Jordan Northcott's strike on the hour registering a point for unbeaten Brechin.

Buckie Thistle took full advantage of Brechin's slip-up, winning 4-1 at Clach with Scott Adams netting a hat-trick.

Joe McCabe's first goal since returning to Jags in the summer completed the visitors' tally, Connor Bunce netted for the Inverness side.

Forres Mechanics moved up to seventh, coming from behind for a 4-2 win over Wick Academy.

Ben Barron matched his early opener against Rothes on Saturday with a third minute opener before the Scorries briefly turned the contest around, leading through goals by Sean Campbell and Mark Macadie.

Ross County loanee Ryan MacLeman levelled after half an hour and Kane Davies' second half brace won it for the Cans.

Lossiemouth picked up their fourth league win of the campaign, beating Keith 2-0 with second half goals from Liam Archibald and Fraser Forbes.

Rothes bounced back from 2-0 down at home to Formartine United for a point.

Julian Wade and Jonny Crawford had United 2-0 inside the first quarter before Fraser Robertson quickly got one back, and sub Gary Kerr netted a last minute equaliser for the Speysiders.

Turriff United suffered their second heavy defeat inside a week, going down 4-1 at home to Fraserburgh.

The Haughs side trailed to early goals from Logan Watt and Scott Barbour, then saw Aberdeen-bound start striker Aaron Reid limp off injured midway through the first half.

His replacement Murray Cormack pulled one back after the break with his first Turriff goal, but a brilliant Watt overhead kick and a late Bryan Hay effort eased Broch to the three points.

Nairn County looked destined for their first win of the league season in new boss Steven MacKay's first game in charge.

Former caretaker manager Conor Gethins fired County into a half time lead and Scott Davidson made it 2-0 five minutes into the second half.

But Locos rescued a point when Calum Dingwall and Jamie Michie both scored in the closing 20 minutes.

A Jack Henderson double gave Banks O' Dee a 2-0 win at home to battling Deveronvale.
