Fun in the snow at Aviemore Parkrun today

"We had some fantastic support from the locals and visitors this week on a beautiful snowy course," said run director Pete Wright as another brilliant Strathspey parkrun event came to a happy conclusion.

The 177th running welcomed 69 people who either ran, jogged or walked the course.

There were 28 were first timers and 14 recorded new PBs.

Representatives of 20 different clubs took part.

The event was made possible by volunteers Pete Wright, Katie Hanson, Malcolm Hinsley, Sally J Watson, Hilary Quick, Mark Caulfield, Zoe Russell, Bill Dewitt and Vickie Rampton.
