Four-vehicle crash in busy Inverness retail park results in woman being taken to hospital, confirm Police Scotland

POLICE are investigating after a four-vehicle collision in a busy Inverness retail park.

Emergency services were called to Inverness Shopping Park in Eastfield Way at around 6.30pm on Tuesday.

Photos from the crash show a van, an SUV and two city cars involved in the incident.

Speaking shortly after 8pm, a police spokesperson said: "Around 6.30pm on Tuesday police were called to a four-vehicle road crash in a car park of a retail park on Eastfield Way, Inverness.

A woman was taken to hospital 'as a precaution', police said.
