Badenoch and Strathspey roads condition report

This morning's roads report from Highland Council, issued at 7.20 warns of negative road surface temperatures across the whole network with ice and frost.

"There are no known overnight issues."

On neighbouring Nairn/Inverness routes the same applies, with frost patches across the network.

No schools or nurseries were are reported to be closed today as a result of bad weather.

There are currently no Met Office warnings covering the Highlands.
