Residents at Lynemore Care Home in Grantown have sent a heartfelt message to relatives, friends and the local community.

They have created a short video featuring residents holding cards that spell out the message: "Lynemore loved ones are never apart, maybe in distance, but never in heart. Stay safe.”

The message is intended as a thank you to loved ones, and people and businesses in the community that have rallied round to support the care home during lockdown.

A care home spokesman said: "Lynemore is still closed to visitors but residents are enjoying the video calls, letters and cards they receive from family and friends in the community.

"It’s a huge source of comfort, and residents wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has had Lynemore in their thoughts over the past few months.”
