UPDATE: Missing Inverness teenagers found 'safe and well'

Police have thanked the public after tracking down Thomas Stevenson and Alise Driksna.

Both 16-year-olds had been reported missing from the Raigmore area of Inverness, and were previously last seen on Thursday morning.

It prompted separate appeals from Police Scotland.

A spokesman for the force said: "We can confirm that Alise Driksna and Thomas Stevenson, both 16, who had been reported missing from Inverness have been traced safe and well.

"Thanks to everyone who helped with our earlier appeal."
