A social media post announced this afternoon:

"Due to a staff member testing positive for Covid, as a precaution we will be closed for 72 hours.

"We apologise for any inconvenience."

The closure will allow the hotel to carry out deep cleaning.

Following government guidance, booking for the restaurant has been essential up until today, with queuing not allowed.

Social distancing measures have been in place in accordance with the coronavirus pandemic restrictions.

More on the closure as further details become available.
