Badenoch and Strathspey roads condition report

Highland Council's morning check of the roads network confirms that the strath's roads network is seeing snow throughout the area.

"All routes are being treated.

"There have been no known overnight issues."

In the surrounding Inverness areas routes have seen a patchy dusting of snow on high roads.

Low roads are wet and gritters are out to treat all routes.

As of 9:42am there were no local school closures forced by the wintry weather, while some in other Highland areas were hit, including Gairloch and Poolewe.
