Road patrols out again in Badenoch and Strathspey

Highland Council reported at 8.10 this morning that roads across the strath are being treated 'as necessary' where snow is building up.

In the surrounding Inverness areas some light showers have been reported this morning, with road surface temperatures below zero.

"We are covering all routes as needed.

"There are no other known issues."

The UK Met Office has a Yellow weather warning in place today for snow for much of the Highland region.
