Closures of two unclassified roads by Tomatin tomorrow

Highland Council is warning of temporary closures of two unclassified roads in the Strathdearn area tomorrow.

The U2836 Garbole to Coignafearn road and the C1121 Freeburn-Tomatin-Findhorn-Kylachy-Garbole road will be closed from 9am to 3.30pm.

A council spokesperson said: "The closures are required to enable contractors, working on behalf of the local authority, to carry out resurfacing works.

"The closures will take place on Wednesday (March 2) and will only apply between 9am and 3.30pm."

The U2386 road will be closed approximately 1700 metres south-west of its junction with the C1121 Freeburn-Garbole Road and U1116 Farr- Garbole Road heading in a south-westerly direction for 700 metres.

The C1121 Freeburn-Garbole Road will be closed from its junction with the U2856 Slochd-Findhorn Bridge road to its junction with the U1116 Farr-Garbole road.
