Police appeal after housebreaking and theft of 'high value' e-bike from Kingussie property

Police have launched an appeal for information after a "high value" e-bike was stolen from a home in Kingussie.

The item, along with its charger, was taken after a property on East Terrace was broken into sometime between Friday, February 16 and Tuesday, February 20.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Police in Aviemore are appealing for information following a theft by housebreaking on East Terrace in Kingussie.

"Sometime between Friday, February 16 and Tuesday, February 20, 2024, entry has been forced to a property and a high value e-bike, together with its charger has been taken.

"The e-bike is described as a CUBE reaction hybrid 65 XL bike in dark grey with a white ‘CUBE’ logo on the bodywork. It has a been fitted with black mud guards on the front wheel.

"Anyone with information or potential sightings of the e-bike is requested to contact Aviemore Police Station by phoning 101 and quoting incident 3494 of February 20, 2024.

"Alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
