Police appeal after van is involved in a hit and run near Carrbridge

Police are appealing for information after a hit and run incident involving a car and van near Carrbridge yesterday.

The accident occurred on the B9007 but the driver of the green van failed to stop at the scene.

​A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police were called to the B9007, at the A939 near Carrbridge, following a report of a crash involving a Mazda car and a van at around 2.20pm yesterday (Wednesday).

There were no serious injuries reported, however, the van failed to stop at the scene.

"Enquiries into the incident are on-going.”
