It's a bit of everything today on Badenoch and Strathspey's roads.

This morning's conditions report issued by Highland Council at 6.44am confirmed a mixture of dry and wet with frost and ice throughout the area.

"Primary and Secondary routes are being treated this morning."

But there were no known overnight issues.

On neighbouring routes:

Inverness - Low road surface temperatures this morning with mostly dry roads, Covering all routes. No known issues

Nairn - Dry roads on lower routes with frost patches. High routes wet with ice patches. Primary and Secondary routes being treated this morning. No known overnight issues.
