Fiscal depute Adelle Grey told Sheriff Sara Matheson: “Police officers began to walk towards the accused and he became very aggressive, shouting and swearing towards them.
“He was warned that if he continued he would be arrested. The platform was busy with adults and children.
“He failed to desist and was arrested.”
Sheriff Matheson, fined Bruce, of Scott Street, Stirling, a total of £320.
Bruce’s defence solicitor John MacColl told the court police officers woke up Matheson on a train and informed him they needed to do a drug search.
