Road blocked in Kingussie as lorry jams

A side road in the Badenoch capital has been blocked this evening by a lorry which ended up across it.

Drama in Kingussie tonight as a lorry left the road

One observer living near the scene at the Ardbroilach Road/East Terrace junction, said: "I don't think anyone was hurt and I hope the driver's OK, but it looks like the lorry is there for a wee while.

The lorry jammed at the tight corner near trhe Clock Tower

"It's pretty well jammed."

The junction is on a stretch known locally as the Clock Tower Brae and the lorry is jammed under the shadow of the town's landmark.
