The latest new homes are to be released at Bynack More in Aviemore following the success of Tulloch Homes’ first phase

The developer is to market a range of three and four bedroom homes at its popular Bynack More development in Aviemore.

The building firm has said interest remains strong in the 110-homes development.

Jo McLaren, the company’s sales and marketing director, revealed: "The homes in the first phase of Bynack proved to be extremely sought after and we are confident the second phase will appeal to those looking to buy in this area, especially given the pent-up housing demand in Strathspey.

“The development is a short walk to a range of shops, restaurants, cafes and other community facilities, including the new community Ice Rink which Tulloch donated £5000 to at the end of last year.

“More people are working from home than ever before and they are looking for leisure and green space on their doorstep.

"Aviemore offers this and so much more, making it an increasingly appealing and scenic place to live.

“With the imminent release of the latest homes, we’re now busy finishing the three-bedroom show home at this site and are excited to unveil this to customers in the coming months.”

The homes are built by award-winning site manager Zander Sutherland and his team. He said: "They are exceptionally high quality, energy efficient, and have turfed front and back gardens."
