Hot on the heels of the Society of Badenoch and Strathspey Artists summer festival at Kingussie’s Iona Gallery comes an exhibition of arts and crafts from the members of Creative Cairngorms.

The new exhibition starts on Monday (August 17) and continues until Saturday 29, 1pm to 5pm every day.

Group spokesman David Fallows said: “We’re immensely pleased to be able to get an exhibition going at long last and will have a great deal of new work for visitors to enjoy, including from some new members.”

Highlights include the beautiful delicate pencil work of Paul Phillips; Bruce Davies’ stunning photography and the imaginative use of paper appliqué by Katie Jackson to name just a few. The wide range of work available also includes fused glass, handmade tweed products and jewellery.
