Appeal to Highlanders to help trace Olti Gega

Police in the Highlands are appealing for the public's help in tracing Olti Gegal, who has been reported missing from the Fort William area.

The 17-year-old, who is Albanian was last seen in the Camagael around noon today (Saturday, August 1).

Olti is described as 5ft 9ins, of slim build with black hair, cut short at the back and longer at the front and he has a mole on his right cheek.

He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black jeans, black trainers and a black watch.

Sergeant Michael Bell, of the Fort William Station, said: "We are becoming increasingly concerned for Olti’s welfare and I would urge anyone who believes they may have seen him or who has any information at all to come forward as soon as possible.

"Anyone with information can contact police on 101, quoting incident 1823 of 1 August."
