'Fly council flag at half mast for Sir Tom' says Convener

Highland Council convener Bill Lobban has suggested that the HQ flag should be lowered to half mast to mark the death at 100 of heroic garden-walker Captain Sir Tom Moore.

The Aviemore councillor has posted:

"I have asked that the flag flown outside Highland Council HQ is lowered to half mast in honour of Capt Sir Tom Moore.
