Appeal goes out to help find missing north man

Police Scotland are concerned for the well being of George McGowan (77) from the Golspie area.

George was out trail biking in the area of Ben Bhraggie on a white Beta Alp 200 motorcycle and had not returned home as expected at 1pm today (Monday 27).

Described as white male, 5'11", medium build, short grey hair and wears glasses, he was wearing a blue Reak motorbike jacket, blue boiler suit, blue boots and black motorcycle helmet and goggles.

A police spokesperson said: "If you have any information which may assist in tracing George please contact Police Scotland on 101 and quote incident 1885 27/07/202."
