Missing man last seen in Newtonmore

Police in Aviemore are appealing for the help of the public to trace 35-year-old Jason Macdonald who went missing from the Newtonmore area yesterday (Friday, July 3).

Jason was last seen around 6pm in the evening within the village.

He is described as around 6ft tall, of athletic build, with a shaved head and scarring to both his arms and his face.

There is no description of his clothing.

Sergeant Dale Hansen of Nairn Police Station, said: “It is possible that Jason may be in the Badenoch and Strathspey or Inverness areas.

“We are appealing for anyone who may have seen Jason or anyone with any information on his whereabouts to get in touch.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident 1280 of 4 July, 2020.
