Fatal crash driver named

Police Scotland have confirmed the identity of the man who died following a road traffic collision on the A938 near Dulnain Bridge.

He was Ian Bremner, 74, of Strathpeffer.

Mr Bremner was the driver and sole occupant of a Citroen Picasso which was involved in the collision east of Balnaan around 8.20pm on Wednesday, March 20.

No other vehicles were involved.

Road Policing Sergeant Chris Murray said: "Our thoughts remain with Mr Bremner's family and friends at this time."
