It is set for Tuesday, February 23 and is free to join.

The event will run for an hour from 7.30pm.

Project leaders posted today: "Our partnership project intends to restore Scotland’s wildcat population by releasing captive-bred individuals into the wild.

"To be successful, this approach requires long term commitments from both the Saving Wildcats team and from you, our local community.

"This one hour webinar will include several presentations about the different aspects of the project, and then you’ll have your chance to ask the team questions. We want to hear from you.

"While our online community events are aimed at those living in or around the Cairngorms National Park, everyone is welcome to attend."
