A MAN has been charged after police seized more than £100,000 worth of cocaine on the A9 south of Inverness.

Police Scotland officers arrested a 33-year-old man, who has not been named, after recovering a quantity of the class A drug from a vehicle on the busy trunk road.

A spokesman for the force said he had been expected to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court on Thursday.
