Kincraig will once again turn itself into an advent calendar during the festive season, with a range of on-street windows lined up to help with the Christmas countdown.

As the festive street lights were being installed this week, the village announced that its Advent Window Trail was set to start on December 1 at the Church Hall on The Brae.

A full calendar of colourful windows has again been possible thanks to the success of the project, which began in 2020.

“On each day a new window will be lit up,” confirmed a spokesperson for the project.

“You can see the windows from 4pm that day and any time till the end of Christmas. Paper copies of the calendar will be available from the Community Hall & The Post Office Café Gallery soon.”
