Is missing man in Badenoch and Strathspey?

Police officers are appealing for help tracing Patrick Mills, a motorist who has been reported missing from Nairn.

The 86-year-old was most recently seen around 9am yesterday when he left his home address in the town driving his grey Citroen Berlingo car, registration MK08 ENW.

His subsequent movements are unknown and neither he nor his car have been traced since then.

Sergeant Craig McGhee said: “We have significant concerns for Patrick’s welfare given he has not been seen since Monday morning and would urge anyone who believes they have seen him or his car to come forward urgently.

“Anyone who can helps is asked to call 101, quoting reference 0661 of 6 February.”

Patrick is described as being 5ft 7in tall, of large build with grey hair and wears glasses.

When last seen he was wearing a beige long jacket, a tweed hat, blue jeans and black shoes. He also uses a walking stick.
