Police appeal after Aviemore damage

Police are appealing for witnesses after a vandal attack on a Strathspey British Legion base.

At some time between 11pm on Sunday and 5pm Tuesday this week, minor damage was caused to the Locus is Royal British Legion clubrooms in Burnside Road Aviemore

Two external doors to the unattended building were damaged, but reports are that no entry was gained to the popular meeting place.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Anyone with information can call 101 and quote the reference number

NM733/19."
