Police Scotland have confirmed that there were no injuries in this morning's A9 crash.

Emergency services were called to the scene just south of Dalwhinnie at 8.05.

A spokesperson confirmed: "We received a report of a crash between a lorry and a car towing a trailer on the A9, south of Dalwhinnie."

The road was closed in each direction as the services went to work.

But it was re-opened around 11am and traffic has been flowing since.
