HOGG - The family of the late Betty Hogg wish to thank everyone for their cards and messages of condolences. We would like to thank Janet Donnelly, Humanist Celebrant, for a thoughtful and personal service, also Lindsay Jack and Son Funeral Directors for their personal support and professionalism at this difficult time. We wish to extend our deep gratitude to the medical services involved in Betty's care during her illness especially Dr Catriona Clubb. A sum of £500 has been donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.

BURNS - The family and friends of the late Dr Fran Burns wish to thank everyone concerned in her funeral service. Special thanks to Lesley Simpson, humanist celebrant, who conducted the service and gave an inspiring eulogy; to Dr Peter Grant who provided a fitting tribute as a friend and colleague of Fran's in Grantown and to Marie Louise Napier who provided the beautiful music. Special thanks are also due to John Ross Funeral Services for their excellent services and, to the Grant Arms Hotel for refreshments provided. We wish to extend our deep gratitude to all the medical services involved in Fran's care during her illness – the Grantown Health Centre, the Ian Charles Hospital and Raigmore Hospital. Finally, thank you to all who attended Fran's funeral, and to those who sent expressions of sympathy and who contributed so generously to the fund for the Community Nurses and Macmillan Cancer Support, to which organisations Fran felt very grateful. The sum of £705.33 was raised.

MACKENZIE - Audrey. Margaret and family would like to thank everyone for their kindness following their loss. Special thanks to Abbeyfield and Ward 5C Raigmore Hospital for their care of Audrey, to the Rev. James Bell for his comforting service and to John Ross Funeral Services for their care and support during the funeral arrangements. All the donations received were split between Abbeyfield and Chest, Heart and Stroke

REYNOLDS - Malcolm, Fiona and the family of the late Johnnie Reynolds would like to thank all family and friends who attended the funeral service at Abernethy Old Kirk Nethy Bridge. We would like to thank the Rev. Graham Atkinson for a very thoughtful and personal service. We would also like to thank Lindsay Jack and Son Funeral Directors for their personal support and professionalism at this difficult time. Also a thank you from the family to those who were unable to attend but took the time to send cards and messages of condolence. We owe a debt of gratitude to those carers and medical staff who supported Johnnie allowing him to remain in his own house in his final years. An impressive collection sum of £811 was raised which will be allocated to Friends of Ian Charles, Young at Heart Club in Nethy Bridge and the Nethy Bridge Monday Lunch Club.

BELL - Kathleen. David would like to thank everyone for their support and words of sympathy following the sad loss of Kathleen. Special thanks to Dr Miles, the ambulance service, and the doctors and nurses at Raigmore Hospital. Many thanks to Rev. Mary Duncanson for her comforting service, Stella MacKenzie for playing the organ and to John Ross Funeral Services for their kind support. Thank you to all who attended and kindly donated, a total of £57.60 was raised for the Grant House Endowment Fund.

SINCLAIR - Margo and the family of the late May Sinclair wish to thank everyone who attended the beautiful service at Inverness Crematorium. Many thanks to Chris Clasper for her very comforting service. Special thanks to Lindsay and all his staff at Lindsay Jack and Son independent Funeral Directors, for their care and dedication. Thanks to Elizabeth and Ian Boyd and the staff at the Pagoda in Grantown for providing a wonderful afternoon tea. Thanks also to the Lynemore Care Home and all the dedicated staff who made May comfortable and happy during her final 15 months. Finally, thanks to all who sent cards, donations and who paid their final respects and contributed to the collection, which will be divided between Breast Cancer Research and Lynemore Residents Fund.

HAGGERTY - (Aviemore). Chrissie, Helen, Dot and families would like to thank everyone for their cards, phone calls and words of sympathy following the loss of Thomas. A special thanks to Aviemore Health Centre and St Vincent's Hospital for the care and attention given to Thomas, to Rev. Charles Finnie for his caring service and to John Ross Funeral Services for their guidance during the funeral arrangements. A total of £305.75 was collected to benefit Friends of St Vincent's.

ROBERTSON - The family of Duncan wish to thank everyone for their many expressions of sympathy following his sudden passing. Your kind thoughts, cards and sharing of memories were a great comfort to us all. We would like to thank the ambulance crew for their professionalism and kindness towards Duncan. Sincere thanks also to the Rev. Graham Atkinson for his comforting services. Society Scotland, the total raised was £354.74.

McINTOSH - (Grantown-on-Spey). Lorna, Raymond and family wish to thank everyone for the cards, flowers and words of sympathy following the sad loss of Ernie. Thank you to Rev. Gordon Strang for the heart-warming service, ambulance staff, John Ross Funeral Services and also to the Pagoda for the lovely tea. The collection to benefit the MS Society Scotland and Cancer Research raised a total of £467.01. Thank you for your generosity.

FALCONER - Kathleen. Robin and all of Kathleen's family would like to thank friends and neighbours for the many expressions of sympathy shown to them following their recent sad loss. Special thanks to Rev. Mary Ellen Thomson for her comforting visits and service. The care and love shown to Kathleen by the district nursing team, Marie Curie nurses and local GP's was second to none. Thanks also to all those who attended the funeral service and to John Ross Funeral Services. Donations for Marie Curie amounted to £652.74.

MILLAR - David, Jean, Shirley, Ruth and family of the late Barbara Cameron Millar, The Mill of Garlyne, Nethy Bridge, would like to thank everyone who attended Barbara's funeral on 27th November, 2019.
