Tenth anniversary Baxters Loch Ness marathon
WITH the 10th anniversary of the Loch Ness Marathon on Sunday Margaret Woodhouse, from Inverness, is one of ten runners who have completed all nine marathons and intends to be crossing the finish line again.
And, like many she hopes to be tucking in afterwards at the Event Village at Bught Park to the Baxters Food & Drink Fayre.
At the fayre competitors can watch Baxters chef, Darren Sivewright rustle up a dish. Local producers represented include:

Entertainment for competitors, families and friends will run from10am and 4pm with live music from popular bands Hoodja and Donald Macdonald and the Islands will keep your toes tapping.
New entertainment includes the Super Jumpers safely harnessed, you can have a reverse bungee experience jumping to heights in excess of 8m.
There will also be a climbing wall with various levels to challenge all ages; bouncy castles; face painting, and a sports expo with sales of specialist sports clothing, as well as charity stands.
And there's the Wee Nessie, a monster walk, run or jog for pre-school age children.
