The organisers of Hope Church have said they were delighted by the turn-out for their first service in their new home in Aviemore.
The church attracted nearly 60 people for worship in High Life Highland's community centre in the village on Sunday afternoon.
Pastor Kenny Rogan told the Strathy: "The Hope Church Aviemore launch service was a great time. We had lots of supportive visitors from across Scotland as well as some new locals folks who came along. Jesus turning water into wine was the part of the Bible we heard from.
"It taught us that following Jesus is not about being good to get right with God but about enjoying his forgiveness and the lavish banquet of knowing Him."
