Chef fell out with partner whilst on break in Aviemore
A Perthshire chef on a break in Aviemore fell out with his partner and police were called.
Duncan McLaren of Bonnethill Road, Pitlochry was staying at Myrtlefield in Grampian Road on May 1 this year when he was arrested.
Fiscal depute Robert Weir told Inverness Sheriff Court: "It was about 4pm and there was some form of disagreement but it is not clear what it was about.
"There was some kind of struggle at the door to the property and she was ejected. Neighbours called the police.
“He told officers that 'she just needs to go to her bed, she has had too much to drink'," Mr Weir added.
Defending, John MacColl said: "It was a minor disagreement."
McLaren admitted threatening or abusive behaviour and had sentence deferred until January 9 for good behaviour.
