Kingussie aiming to win fourth Mowi Premiership title in row this weekend
Kingussie can claim their fourth successive Mowi Premiership title if they beat Skye Camanachd at Pairc nan Laoch, Portree on Saturday.
It would be a second Grand Slam over the last three seasons giving the Kings 11 of the last 12 trophies on offer.
However, the Red and Blues will be tested against a Skye side who boast a 100 per cent home record in the league so far this season.
Kingussie’s Cameron Bremner misses out through suspension following his red card in the Camanachd Cup final.
Manager Iain Borthwick is on a golfing holiday so former player Ali MacLeod takes charge of the side.

The teams will also contest the Alasdair ‘Mor’ Morrison Memorial Cup.
Newtonmore complete their season with a Mowi Premiership match against Kinlochshiel at Rèaraig on Saturday.
The sides met at the Eilan a fortnight ago when Iain Robinson’s hat-trick helped ‘More to a 3-2 win.
The Newtonmore second team have five Mowi North Division 1 fixtures remaining, starting with Saturday’s trip to face the Glenurquhart second team at Blairbeg.
On successive weekends from Saturday 5 October 2024, Newtonmore visit Glengarry, Lochcarron and then Skye Camanachd.
‘More complete their season against their Kinlochshiel counterparts at Rèaraig on Saturday 26 October.
