First-timers keep coming to the strath's weekly runs

Aviemore saw its 151st park run on Saturday.

A field of 86 ran, jogged and walked the course, among them 43 first-timers, and eight new personal bests were achieved.

There were representatives from 28 different clubs in the event, which was made possible by nine volunteers: Jane Pottie, Malcolm Hinsley, Mairi Crawford, Hilary Quick, Claire Howie, Bill Dewitt, Janette MacLeod, Alice Bailey and Sue Oxley.
