A woman has to be treated in Raigmore Hospital in Inverness after being hit by a car in Aviemore yesterday afternoon.

The woman, who has not been named, was struck by the car on Grampian Road outside of the Tesco store at around 1.45pm.

Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
