Win a prize money can't buy!
The Strathy has teamed up with the Highland Wildlife Park to offer one lucky reader the chance to name one of the incredibly cute European wolf pups recently born at the visitor attraction.
And, we’re also offering the chance to go behind the scenes and meet one of the wolf keepers who look after these gorgeous pups.
The popular attraction by Kincraig welcomed five European grey wolf pups to the park in July, earlier this year.
Wolves have been at the park since it opened in 1972, so it is particularly exciting that mum and dad, Elara and Puika, became doting parents to the playful and adventurous youngsters during their 40th anniversary year.
So far the brothers and sisters of this as yet unnamed little one have been called – Ruby, Forty, Rannoch and Socks!
To be in with a chance of winning, all you have to do is choose a name. Get those thinking caps on and submit your potential winning name.
As the two and a bit month olds have yet to be identified as male or female, the name should suit either a boy or girl wolf!
• All competition entries have to be entered by this Thursday (October 11) at 3pm and should be sent by email to editorial@sbherald.co.uk or entered on our Facebook site by deadline.
