Highland Business Women to hail visionary leadership and teamwork





The highly anticipated Highland Business Women (HBW) Awards 2025 are fast approaching, ready to shine a spotlight on outstanding achievements within the region's dynamic business community.

This year's event, sponsored by SJ Highland Construction, promises to be a memorable occasion marking the organiser’s 30th anniversary and recognising the collective power of exceptional teams and the visionary leadership of individual businesswomen.

Among the most anticipated categories for the 2025 celebration are the Team of the Year and Businesswoman of the Year awards. These accolades honour those who exemplify dedication, strategic thinking, and impactful contributions within their respective fields.

The Team of the Year award will recognise a group that has demonstrated exceptional collaboration, achieved remarkable results, and collectively made a significant impact on their organisation's success or the wider community. Last year, Inverness solicitors and estate agents Innes and Mackay won this prize.

Meanwhile, the Businesswoman of the Year award seeks to celebrate an individual female leader who has shown outstanding leadership, business acumen, and has achieved significant milestones in her professional journey. Her influence extends beyond her own company, inspiring others and contributing positively to the business landscape and last year’s winner was Katrina Sutherland, The Country Spa in Lybster.

The HBW Awards 2025 ceremony will be held on August 21 at the Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness.
