Photograph at the constituency office of Tory MSP Ed Mountain defaced

An MSP's office in Inverness has been vandalised.

The window outside the constituency office of Jamie Halcro Johnston and Edward Mountain MSP on Drummond Street has been defaced.

Two words are written over Mr Mountain's photograph with a small moustache painted over his face.

Mr Mountain has served the Highlands and Islands as a list MSP since 2016.

MSP Edward Mountain said: “I am hugely disappointed as I always believe everyone has a right to a view. Politics should never degenerate into name calling.”
