The TV personality, who comes from Rothiemurchs, will give a cookery demonstration in the Food Hall in the Badenoch Centre on Saturday February 2.
Aggie said: “I love Kingussie and am very much looking forward to coming to cook. Food on Film is a brilliant initiative and I’m very proud to be part of it.”
Festival co-ordinator Helen Graham said: “We are really pleased that Aggie has agreed to come and cook for us at the festival, especially as Kingussie is where she went to school, so there is that added sense of homecoming.
“What Aggie has achieved in her career both on film and with food is an inspiration to young people in the Highlands, and we can’t wait to taste what she’s going to cook for us!”
Aggie’s new TV series, ‘Storage Hoarders’ - featuring fascinating people, stories and stuff - begins on December on ITV1 at 2pm, and will be on every weekday for four weeks.
Over the past few years Aggie has appeared in many different tv programmes, including “Come Dine With Me”, and also writes about food related topics every month in Good Housekeeping, Delicious and Sainsbury’s Magazines.
