"Initially deliveries of blades, hubs and nacelles will take place and will continue for three weeks with three convoys per day with three components in each, Monday to Friday.

"Throughout April and May 2021, the tower sections will be delivered to site, typically this will be two convoys per week with three tower sections in each."

But the programme will be subject to the availability of Police Scotland and weather conditions.

"To ensure their safe movement and the safety of other road users, all deliveries will be accompanied by a police escort throughout their journey, from the port to the site."
