Rail passengers travelling on the Highland Mainline have been warned to expect possible disruption after a "suspected track defect" was reported between Pitlochry and Dunkeld.
ScotRail has advised that trains will have to run at a "reduced speed" while a safety inspection is carried out.
At the time of writing, ScotRail said its staff had been mobilised "and will arrive on site shortly".
"Once we have more information from the ground we will keep you updated," a spokesperson added.
The ScotRail website was warning of possible disruption until 1pm, although this could change depending on the safety inspection's findings.
