A second man has appeared in court in connection with hold-up

A second man has appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court in connection with an alleged robbery at the Paddypower Bookmakers in Queensgate on March 30.

Scott Longden, (31), from Inverness, appeared before Sheriff David Sutherland charged with robbery at Inverness Sheriff Court earlier today (Monday).

He made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody pending further examination.

A Liverpool man, Karl Jones appeared on April 8 in connection with the incident. He too was remanded after making no plea or declaration.
