Euan Scott, BEAR Scotland’s North West representative said: “These road marking and road stud refresh works on the A9 will greatly improve visibility and safety for road users. We thank the local community and road users for their patience in advance while we complete the works.
“We encourage road users to plan ahead before setting out by checking the Traffic Scotland website for up-to-date travel information.”
All improvements will take place from 7pm on Monday, June 23, until 6am on Tuesday, July 1.
There will be no works on Saturday and Sunday nights.
Lane closures and temporary traffic lights with a convoy system to lead traffic safely through the work site will be in place during working hours.
The road will be open as usual outwith working hours and access through the works site for emergency services will be maintained at all times.
