Revolution is set to close its Inverness branch next month.

The bar and restaurant chain Revolution announced yesterday that their Inverness branch is set to close next month after years in the city centre.

After opening its doors almost a decade ago in 2017, the business will be closing for good on Sunday, August 11.

Announcing their closure in a social media post, the company said: “There have been amazing moments over the years shaking your cocktails and busting out those dance moves but this party has nearly come to an end.”

The team have invited those in and around Inverness to join them for some final drinks and food prior to their departure, in addition to a leaving party that is set to be announced in the next few weeks.

A date has been set for the closure of Costa Coffee in Inglis Street.

The branch is set to close its doors on July 24, and two staff will be redeployed to other Costa Coffee shops in the area.

A Costa Coffee Spokesperson said: “We can confirm that our Costa Coffee store on Inglis Street in Inverness is due to close for trade on the 24th of July. Customers can still enjoy their favourite Costa coffee at the nearest Costa Coffee store found in Eastgate Shopping Centre.”
