A9 disruption reported over at Lynwilg junction, Aviemore

Traffic Scotland is flagging up that restriction of flow both south and northbound had been lifted on the A9 south of Aviemore.

Earlier this afternoon reports of a road traffic incident led to disruption on the trunk road at the Lynwilg junction.

Only on Sunday the road was blocked for some five hours after a serious road accident which led to two travellers in their 90s being removed to Raigmore Hospital suffering serious injuries.
