Police appeal after alleged assault in Aviemore

Police in Aviemore are continuing to appeal for information after an alleged assault in a residential street in Aviemore.

The incident occurred at about 7pm last Friday (July 30) at Morlich Court.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "A male in his 30s was assaulted on Morlich Court about 7pm last Friday night. His injuries are not believed to be serious. The suspect is described as being a well built male, about 6'3" in height, wearing dark clothing.

"If anyone saw a male of this description acting suspiciously at the time in the area of Morlich Court or indeed witnessed the assault, please contact Police Scotland on 101."

The incident number is NM1101/20.
